Hello. Hell week is finally over here at work. Mopping up some of the last items from our migration this week and then its bike time.

I haven't ridden since Sunday. That is much too long.

What I like about the wingdings today is the correct inverse order after the text. Well done, stevew.

I was up at bleeping 4:30 this morning to get my open water swim done before work. :dead: Today will require many, many coffees.

Mornin bishes!

Not much to report here. Just gotta get through the day then I can hang with my bro before he flies out tomorrow. Seemingly between all the meetings I have today it is a lost day in terms of productivity.

renters at the end of the row were loud and obnoxious at around 3 am this morning. my wife drove by to honk the horn in front of the house at 7 am, and another neighbor fired up the circular saw at around 7:30. It's the little things that make life worth living.

Maybe you can JK can get together and discuss passive aggressive suburban coping strategies. Perhaps you can shun your neighbors from poker night, that'll show em!

After a slacker morning I found the motivation to ride last night which turned out to be a really good ride. Mix of intervals and finished off with some fast laps.

Good morning Monkies! I pedaled my ass off these last 3 days because the forecast indicated rain and high winds for today an tomorrow. Right now it's overcast and raining... who doesn't love a good plan? With 2 days of rest I'll have hero legs for Sunday. I have to be at work in another 2 hours. The pressure might lead to an additional cup of coffee.

Also, the grass on the high prairie around here is very much green and it's almost July.

In hell. Welcome!
Morning. I was too tired and felt too feeble to ride last night, still feeling the burn from Wednesderps's torture ride. Combine the increasing intensity of my exercises lately with an experiment of tracking (and therefore decreasing) intake of calories and I feel like a zombie - obviously I have not idea what I am doing. :homer:

The dude across the street and 2 houses over (next to my buddy's house) runs some sort of wood shop out of his garage. He drags all the tools out into the driveway so he has room to work and runs a table saw, planer, jointer, and best of all, a big ass Shop Vac to suck up all the dust. Bob calls him Woody Woodpecker, they don't get along. Some weekends he's out there at the butt crack of dawn. Makes me want to cut the power to his place.

This is why we want to rent before we buy next time. You can't pick your neighbors (but you can find an area that sucks less, we hope), unless you live in a COOP like my sister.

This is why HOAs are a necessary evil.
He's under the HOA, they can't PROVE he's running a business (who needs THAT much wood furniture), and I think the CC&R's say "before dawn" so if the sun is up, I guess.

Our HOA is a f@cking joke. If people could just NOT be assholes, I'd appreciate it, thanks.

Ride last was a good time in the woods. I did see a buddy of mine's CCDB inline air shaft break on his HD3. Those shocks don't seam to last very long. Warranty time.

I wanted to pedal in but over slept so I drove. Bummed, but I can only blame myself.

Melvins reissues of their Atlantic catalog come out today on Third Man Records. Gonna pick up Houdini tonight on 180grm.

If it's convenient, could you also rent Ibis Mojo HD3+ this summer, thrash it around before for a weekend and let me know your thoughts?
I think ultimately it's going to come down to whatever's on sale, unless I really like/really don't like the Megatrail's single pivot setup. I guess it used to work for me back with the ProFlex and Kona Stinky way back when, and the linkage and shock are no doubt more advanced...

Check state and local law about noise ordinances. You might be able to correct this.

To be honest, he's far enough away from me that it doesn't bug me. But sometimes all damn day during the weekend running a planer. If only I could do something about the trampoline that got put in the corner behind us right by the patio I built last year.

Ever notice how much other peoples kids suck? I sure do.

We had some neighbors to a job complaining about the sound of the nail guns and ladders. Endless harassment.

I went to town, got generator permit citing insufficient power supply and ran it 6 days straight next to neighbors house with nothing more than a microwave plugged into it.

Search craigslist and elsewhere for businesses that advertise using his address or name...
Don't get me wrong, he makes some real nice stuff from what I've seen. I'm sure he's supplying some Amish furniture store or something that hipsters are loving.

Trying to cash in on the Brexit and bought some stock that took a good loss. I am rich now :)
Catching a falling knife is difficult. I'm just letting Betterment tax loss harvest for me if it deems appropriate and will buy cheap with my scheduled deductions from my July 1 paycheck.

is a direct result of this not being followed

In all fairness to my neighbours, it's not a regular occurrence, and I think exams must finally be over. or somethin. if it becomes regular, then a talk will be in order, but for now, it was just once. It just felt good to be a little passive aggressive.

Here. Leaving early for dr appt. Great day to do such. Depending on how Wifey feels afterwards, I might try to squeeze in a ride.
