    My friends wife is about to have a baby. He is stoked. I decided to supply him with his kids first bike helmet. It's just a baby helmet, but I am very pleased with how it turned out. "Burr" is his last name, if you were wondering. Also...they are not decals.

    You can leave it in the hot sun for a few days. If it is that thick, it will take a while to harden completely.

    For now, I'm just working on my helmets and my buddies' helmets. Someday, maybe I will make more of it. For now, it is just a hobby.

    Barely sanded at all. I started with a brand new helmet. I then took a 3m green pad to the surface so the primer could hold. Has worked pretty well so far. I am still experimenting with the process that works best for me.
