    DJ tires

I ended up buying a pair of Holly Rollers about a week ago and these tires rock! They really hold their speed well between the doubles and have enough traction on the berms and when I don't land so perfect. I'm jumping better with these tires, I know that sounds like a bad TV commercial, but...

    DJ tires

Can someone recommend one of these tires for me. DMR Moto R 26x2.20 or DMR Digger 26x2.35 or The Maxis Holy Roller 26x240. I have a feeling I really can't go wrong with either Tire, but who knows. I would like something to keep me rolling thru the doubles since I'm still working on my pumping...

    Santa Cruz Chameleon Dj?

I got alot of spare parts laying around and was thinking of building up a Dirt jump bike. What do you all think of the Santa Cruz Chameleon for a dirt jumper. I already own a Kona Roast so I was thinking of making the SC much lighter than the Kona because I'm really feeling the weight at 40...

    No Hands

If I were you, I would first practice with one hand (left) once you feel real comfortable with your left hand switch to the right hand. That's what I did. I'm in the process of learning the 'No hander' and it's not only hard but pretty dangerous. Be careful and good luck. One more thing, wear as...

good form... dirt jumping that is.

Thank's for the tips! I've been practicing 'the pump' for the last few days and it's really going much better. I can hit one set of doubles and then without pedaling make it over the next set. The speed is there for sure. Smooooth, oh yeah baby! Cheers.

Thanks! I'll give it a go at the local BMX track. They have only tables so I can just concentrate on pumping. :dancing:

What do you mean by pumping the jumps? I find myself having to pedal between doubles, while other guys are just rolling to the next. Is it possible for someone to explain how to do this? Thanks. :stupid:
