Broken rib here. Getting better, but still after about 3 weeks I'm only at about 60%. :(

Gravity East Downhill Series @ Seven Springs Photos and Videos

Very possible, indeed! He did tell me prior to his start that this was his first DH race and that if I needed by to yell to him. I yelled two times before the rock roller under the lift before the rock garden. He probably didn't hear me because he was in the zone. No hard feelings here...

I agree! Something should be done especially when you have such a wide swing in times.

Gravity East Downhill Series @ Seven Springs Photos and Videos

I am pretty jacked about the whole thing. I have been exchanging emails with GES staff and USAC about this type of incident. If there isn't a better way to prevent something like this in future someone could really get hurt. I remember you asking if I was okay and I appreciate that! Not...

Gravity East Downhill Series @ Seven Springs Photos and Videos

I'm the guy with the flying red Sinister. The guy piled up in the rocks was the racer to leave the gate 32, yes, 32 seconds before me. I caught him just before the rock garden and tried to take the right line as he was in the left line and he binned it just as I got to this section. He was...

7 springs GES race practice schedule question

OMG!! How funny is it that Seven Springs is promoting their event with that flyer and the goggles in the picture say DIABLO!! BWAHAHAHAHAH.

    Sinister F-Bomb (R9 replacement)

Its hard not to compare a DH bike to the one that it replaces. For what it is worth, I would love to ride an fbomb, but there is no way I am giving up the R9.

    Neck protection

I have been using the Leatt for a year now and love it. Just last week at Diablo I put it to the test and it passed. It is still up in the air if I was out cold for a while, but my neck was fine. The muscles were VERY sore for the first few days of the week, but they are better now. In...

    Leatt and Dainese work well.

    Warning-Just a Safety Topic

I have posted some pictures of my Leatt/Dainese fit in another thread. IMO, and from my experience with mine, there is no limitation while riding. To tell the truth, it just becomes part of your armor and you don't even realize that it is there. On a side note... At every park I have been...

    Leatt brace question

I have been using the Leatt this year and have not found mobility or lack of vision a problem. Maybe you don't have the rear brace in its lowest position. If you take all of the padding off of the brace you will see that the bolts on the back brace thread into a metal insert on a plastic...

    seven springs

Does anyone have any info on the trial conditions? I am coming out on Sat or Sun and see that there is some precip in the forcast, so I am wondering which day would be better. How much rain does it take for the mountain to turn into a bog? I NEED ANSWERS, DAMN IT!!!:)

7 Springs Is Back - In a Big Way

Agreed!! Every park has to start somewhere. I think that it is hilarious when people get into the "my park is better than your park" discussion. WHO CARES, you have a good place to ride. That is all that matters. Plus, coming from State College, it is a little over a 2 hour drive to 7...

    Looking for a picture of.....

That is the rock. Yea, it really does look more tame in the pictures, but when you get up to it in person your heart really begins to pump. Thanks guys.
