I think your spring is too soft... how much sag are you getting? if your in the 35% range for sag, then I would say your close.

Top crown is included, the stanchions didnt have any visible scratches that I can see, although the lowers have some normal wear and tear. I did run a direct mount stem. I have a funn direct mount stem I will throw in for another 15 bucks.
Had my world cup rebuilt, and now the rebound adjuster spins freely with no stop in either direction. It feels almost like it is disengaged from the mechanisim it is adjusting. Any ideas what would cause this??
PS, it was definately working prior to the rebuild.
