MarkDH: I've got a neat solution for you. Like Udi said, seal the inner races with some o-rings. I did this on each and every bearing, I recon that it'll really help you with keeping the mud out.
Another solution, which I would recommend to all Sunday owners, is - besides istalling a...
I run a DHX, so no idea about the Bos unfortunately...
This guy makes carbon fenders for Sundays!
"As per title Carbon rear fenders for the sunday, nice refined design (fits between the uprights on the rear as below).
Comes with zip ties, ready to fit.

What I meant was that many more will find inspiration from riding the V10 like Peaty, as well as many of us jumped on a Sunday after Hills winning years with IH. If the bike makes the rider och vice versa, that's another story though...

salalelo - yes, you can run the DHX Air on a 06 linkage (it's also covered on...

The hex-pivots therefor look different inside too. The left one (non driveside)...
m.m.w. - I didn't cover anything before blasting, although I used a plastic/glass media that is firm to the bearings and threads, yet effective enough to get the paint off quite quickly. Some of the grit got into the ventilation holes but I got it out again easily with some compressed air - no...
Hahaha, okey I guess I shouldn't be worried then. Well you're probably right, that would also explain the rubmarks on the other side. Just wanted to make sure, don't want those deep groves to show up again...
