    I went through about 5 823 rims last season, both back and front compared to 1 the season before on 521. This is just my experience, and its not that i have become a worse rider and therefore casing more, or riding rockier/rougher tracks.

    Thanks for the help guys. I have logged onto the SIC website store any they only seem to have the Body Slam Classic and Body Slam LL stems avaliable?? Any ideas?

    Ok guys, thanks for the advice. It seems that the 721 is the way to go then. As for the 823, i just found the sidewalls a little weak on them, but are still a great rim.

    Seb, you may have used your frame but im clearly not as good as you:D Do you have pictures of the adapter? The foes comes with a 160mm Hadley. There must be a company that makes one to fit that size hub.

    Are they easy to strip down? Acadian, mind explaining how its done? Step by Step? I alwasy used Finish Line XC Wet lube in my hope, surely this will be ok for Hadley?
