I should have rode the bike. It's absolutely nuking outside right now. What an amazing day to not be working at the airport. 
Been snowing here for a solid week, flakes got big and fluffy this afternoon. Honestly going for a ride on the fat bike in the woods with gently falling snow and no sound other than my own violent cursing would be pretty awesome right about now.
Needs some snowshoers to do their loops first. The 2ft we've had so far this week would be nice to get out on before the 50F on Sunday, but I know it would just be a slog.

Had to fire the local engineer today,
He said he could deliver in "1 or 2 weeks." for a simple retaining wall, That was a month ago, and yesterday, he sent me the agreement and bill.
He was billing for $7500 and hasnt even started on it yet. For context, in the same month, I had plans drawn from scratch and engineered for less than half the cost in under 3 weeks.

Hell day at work we transported 3 400 pound plus humans. No sitting in a lounge chair with a beer behind my camper looking at the moon.
