Good morning, lovelies. I got up at 5:00 and went for an easy one hour run. WFH day here too. Dog did not eat her breakfast this morning before going to day care. Getting her to eat her meals can be a challenge sometimes.

Back from a 3 day traveling weekend, which felt like work in and of itself, so I woke up today feeling like it was Saturday. But it's not, and I've got a smattering of work crap to deal with.

Departures at work continue. Some voluntary, some not. Let's see what the final tally is.

Headed home today from Quebec.

Back pain has gone down (didn't ride yesterday), but my urine has turned dark and at one point had what looked like blood in it. No good. I am hoping it clears up with lots of water and that it's not a kidney stone. If nothing changes I guess I shall find a doctor.

Barely cooled down outside last night, it's going to be a hot couple of days. Good luck maintaining your no AC run @SkaredShtles wife keeps saying she wants to get central air next year...

When you get to that point then I recommend you get a quote first from Helio. And I’d price out a heat pump +/- Xcel cold climate performance spec rebates for that purpose: Fed tax credit, CO tax credit and state portion of sales tax exemption on equipment.

/me is on a train now. Headed up to the mountains but headed the wrong way first to pick up a rented Tesla to do so. I like trains.

creepy how you can see my eyes in this one eh

In the bathroom, fighting a battle
Oh Jesus, the conspiracy theories are already flying about the hurricane. The government apparently manufactured it to scare us and make us more willing to accept their control, and also something to do with Epstein.

We rode biggie boards down the hill at the park, so if the government is behind this, thanks big G! That was fun.
