No riding today, started looking at my 14yrs of tax that needs doing, I'm fucked, haha!

Fitness seems to be on the improve, have ridden 395km so far this month and my BP was down to 112/74 and resting HR is high 40's. I'll try to push them down further if my sleep continues to not be a dickhead.

Just been watching a vid on how to service an AXS dropper, may order the 600hr kit.
