Bought some plants, took some photos, decided I wanted a rotisserie chicken for lunch, walked out with a raw boneless chicken and BBQ'd that sucker, then had a Ritalin and went for a ride.

Hello all.
closed every door in the house last night and the cats successfully peed in the litter box. I hope I don’t have to Do that every day but not cleaning up pee off the bare floor or counter was a treat.

May try a road ride today if I have time.

I am up to my balls in work, but I have no meetings today and nobody riding my ass, so I probably won't get any of said work done today. I did run 9.5 miles early this morning, so there is that.

Wife still has the nighttime covid coughs, so I have slept in the spare bedroom the past two nights. Not gonna lie...I have slept fockin' great in my own little nook.

Didn't even get to take a sip of coffee or logon to my computer before someone came up with stupid ass Dell dock issues.

Fingers crossed that the rain holds off for shuttles on Sunday!!

For some reason my coworker has decided to text me about his wife's surgery and it sucks because I can't just send the thumbs up emoji or "cool." Why the fuck is he texting me? I'm the diametric opposite of supportive.

edit: Okay we went with "Damn that sucks."

Work has been nuts recently, but today it's not.

pro tip: try the grape nut
why are you all trying to trigger 'squeeb :(

/me is working today. a bit from home, then will ride in to read out the resident in person and work until I pop a few floors upstairs to get my periodic echocardiography (because of hypermobility--make sure the ol' aorta isn't getting too big)

Morning Monkeys.

Getting my 'do did, have my post op, then Foo Fighters tonight. The wife has to work tomorrow, she isn't happy about that, but she would kill a man for this show. So there is that.

DSO was dropping stinky farts while I was on a work call, so I take her out into the driveway on leash and we get attacked by neighbours dog who was loose.

Wife is now at the vet with our DSO who has had to be sedated as the bite wounds need too much attention to do it while she's awake. So much for my camping weekend...

Probably about a $700 bill for the neighbour to cover. So much for wife and I going camping/riding up in the mountains this weekend.
