Got slammed by a major rainy Nor'easter last night. Wind was hauling ass, trails gonna be messy for a while.
Somebody must have fucked up big time. All of us are being forced to attend "training" by the end of the week. Easy OT I guess, but holy balls would I rather be doing anything else.

Speaking of wind and running, I hit the high school track for some easy miles this morning and I am surprised I didn't get blown into the bleachers. Still beats the goddamn treadmill, which I would have opted for if it was still pouring like it was all night.
My annual physical went well last night. Doc expressed some "concern" that my resting heart rate has gone from 43 to 44 since last year. loffers That prostate exam can go to hell. I need to practice for it next year so it's easier.

Riding Klondike Trails today, that's always a good time. We hiked to 7 or 8 arches in the appropriately named Arches NP yesterday.
Took out my first guitar last night. I’ve had it 30 years, and haven’t played it in ages. The partial paralysis of my left hand makes it harder to play than bass, but I still knocked out a few things that bordered on musical.
