Any advice for buying a wetsuit? They can be had for relatively cheap, especially used or Xterra outlet returns. The one I used had holes in it and still made a big difference. It was very high end, but also very old.
What size are you? Mine might work for you, as it's small for me.

Awesome downhilling at Thunder today. No people, the best weather imaginable, trails in a great shape.

You should just trade your mountain bikes for one.
I should have gone- my direct report called in sick for the third day (out of 4) and that's why I wanted to head in to work. That being said, my wife is having a hard time and she needed the support with juggling the kids. Some regerts.

Bunch of emergency vehicles pulled up in front of my house. Was worried about my neighbor who has already had a stroke and heart attack. Turns out to be just some randome dude who passed out getting his buzz ruined with some Naxalone. Try again tomorrow big guy! I beleive in you.

I just spent 30min driving a SIM at Wifey's boss's house. I'm sweating. It's a lot of work and fun as hell

Top drawer of my tool cabinet hit my friend Frank while we were moving it. Tools went everywhere. Took out a pretty big piece of his cheek. Required stitches at the critical care spot.

Spent about 7 hours in the workshop today after my last ultramuddy ride. That shit got everywhere. I hosed it down at the trailhead post ride to get the first kilo or so off, then today finally got round to cleaning it at home.

I think because it’s been raining sooo much and people have been riding, the trails are changing. The remaining mud was just like slip, a superfine runny slurry that was in every fucking gap. Gave it another wet wash outside with soft brush, soap and water, gave it a hand to dry then basically stripped it down.

As well as the full monty toothbrush clean I ended up servicing dérailleur, both hubs, the freehub and axle system, two of the major pivots, had the cranks and chainring off, (including switching to new black AlTiNi chaining bolts just because), bars and stem (new AlTiNi hardware here here too), headset, and whilst this was going on the chain went for a full ultrasonic degreaser, meths and turps bath. I’ve just rewaxed it and it’s cooling now. I’ll chuck it back on tomorrow.

I have a headache from the various fumes but drinking beer to sort that out.
