Looks like a solo ride, as woody insists on a group ride during a pandemic. Debating road or explore new trails during the spring, which could be a disaster...

We ran under a light drizzle. Doggo was not happy about that. #suckitupbiatch

Poured last night and still coming down this morning. Kind of rules out riding. Looks like another home gym day. Still feeling the effects of yesterdays workout so I guess I will be going full cripple tonight. At least I have to wait until Ruth finishes her two hours on the elliptical to get started....bionic woman.

Excellent lunch. Wagyu hybrid ribeye, wagyu hybrid frankfurters, and some kare pan shared between me and the two elder girls. The baby ate some steak, some kare pan, and a bunch of fat from the steak. She loves that shit.

Was walking the dog and someone's cat came out of the yard to take some swipes at the pup. I pulled the leash tight to keep him in control but the cat kept following and taking swipes. I gave it a little on sides pooch, it didn't get the point. Was winding up for a touch back attempt when it finally understood the gravity of what was going to happen..

anyone have a recommendation on a outdoor propane wok burner / stand?
I have a single burner camp chef, it’s pretty sweet, but I should have gotten a 2or 3 burner model for the extra griddle space. If you’re only looking to use it for a wok, the single works just fine, but get the big one anyway because the griddle is tremendous for bacon and pancakes.

Pork is doing it’s thing, should be done just in time for dinner. 2 people, 9lbs of pork, I think we may have leftovers

Don’t you have the Coronbola right now?

I’ll wrap some in foil and leave it across the street, with a trail of bleach for you to get in and out without infecting us.

Little splash of beer, and it gets foiled, back on the heat for another 2-3 hours

Probably a mortal sin in the Carolinas to do it this way, but it comes out damn good

Fuck knows.
I've had the same symptoms of chest and throat issues for 3 weeks. Going to phone the doctor again this coming week to see what he says again as it's been over a week since I last called.

I thought today was going to be a complete write-off. It was raining this morning, so I couldn't finish swapping the summer wheels onto the car (I have no garage. When I started the job yesterday, I noticed a nail in the tread of the first tire I was going to install... brought it in for a patch but didn't get in back till the end of the day).

Nevertheless, I was able to install the new chainstay for my bike (and put it all back together properly). Then it stopped raining, and i noticed my neighbour had finished building one of the ramps we'd talked about building. I went out with the kids, and it turned out he built 4 ramps yesterday while I was out riding with my boys. So we spent the afternoon sessioning them. 4 hours of that, and I'm knackered!

To top it all off, my wife had made empanadas while we were out, so I was called back in to a ready meal!

Now I'm about to watch Harry Potter 3 with the boys.

anyone know why I always have trouble unscrewing the air can on my Rock Shox Monarch RT3 Debonair? Every. single. time I go to add oil and clean the seals, I can never manage to unscrew the aircan and have to bring it in to the shop. I must be doing something wrong. I start by taking the shock off, depressurizing it, clamping it into a vice (with soft jaws), and trying to turn the air can. But I can never get the body to turn, just the negative air chamber. Then I try with a strap wrench, but even then, I can't get the air can to move. wtf am I doing wrong?!
