In a van.... down by the river
wondering for upcoming vacation....do i go ahead and set aside money to order a spare rim and tire for a ford transit van just in case i have two flats like last year...
What sort of hillbilly rental joint requires you to take care of your own flat tire?? I mean - that's one of the reasons you RENT a vehicle, innit? So maintenance/repair is someone else's problem?

i was 22 at the time. i'm going to turn 40 this year.
You do know that there's no *requirement* to get tubbier as you get older? :p

for the record, I stopped intermittent fasting after this paper came out:

and semaglutide (trade names Ozempic and Wegovy depending on indication) did not much at all for me. but tirzepatide (trade name Mounjaro) has been effective. down ~25 lb. still have some more defattening to do but am coming along.
