Went to Thuper Awethum, and dare I say, I actually felt strong and fast. Pisgah pain has paid off. Since this summer I've only been riding five times a month (normally 16 x per mo.) because of mah back so been focusing on TA and Pisgah instead of the local FlowEasy™trails. Quality over quantity this year I suppose.
