Ugh. Went back to the shop. Played it and looked it over. Something in the bridge was buzzing. Unplugged, I could hear it on the three lowest strings. Not sure why I didn't hear it before. Couldn't get the sales guy to come buy to check it. It seemed in good shape otherwise. I just can't drop close to $2k for something that isn't in good working order when I'm buying from a shop.
They did have a newer, cheaper one in walnut
