Ok so this is probably an odd question, but I have an 05 Turner DHR frame sitting in my room collecting dust. I'm looking to build up a new freeride bike this season, something that can take a front derailleur; however I noticed the Hammerschmidt, and thought this might work.

I've read that they're not ideal for some suspension set ups, and was wondering if it would fare well with the DHR?
I know the Highline would be better suited, but if I can make something work with what I already have..

Anyone riding these for freeride?

I was also wondering if anyone's using a Totem?

Or should I just scrap the whole idea, and try selling the frame?

Interesting, that seems like it might work.
And it'd be loads cheaper than a Hammerschmidt set up!
Thanks for pointing that out.

Slightly different frame, but i used my 2002 (twin T/T) DHR for freeride with both fox 36's and 180mm 66 RC3's and it was amazing!!!

Pretty sure the geo' is similar, so you should be good to go with the totems.
