hey guys my friend just got an 07 glory hes trying to put the crown race on his 06 boxxer, the bike originally had the fox 40's on it, should this crown racefit on a boxxer? hes says its a bit tight and wouldnt go all the way down, i havent seen it yet myself im going to look at it later

the crown race is part of the headset, not the frame or fork. It should fit. They are a press fit and need to be installed with either the proper tool or I use a piece of PVC pipe and hammered into place. I have have some that fit looser than others.
