no, but what's the problem? If it is rounded out, you can usually still use it with an 8mm allen to tighten the axle instead of the inner bolt thing. Then put the inner bolt spreader thing back in and tight it.
Whats this, your building a DH bike?

I've got one. I have an outer axle(no inner skewer) as well as a complete axle setup from my '08 WC. I'm not using the fork, nor do I plan to in the near future. You're welcome to it.
