Is there any way that I can get new LONGER steerer tubes for both or one of the forks?

They are both great and I would like to by a new DH and FR frame and use them both.

Am I screwed?

You're looking at a new crown assembly (crown, steerer and stantions) for the Psylo, I THINK you might be able to get just the crown/steerer for the Boxxer. Depending on the condition, you might be better off selling the Psylo and buying another used one with a longer steerer. Good luck
