I bought an almost stock 2002 bighit fsr, I can't seem to find what size shock it can take.....can anyone give me a list of shocks it can support? and what size coils can fit on the stock vanilla r right now???....thanks...

The 2002 came in 2 versions. The DH and the comp(a couple other versions ouside of the US as well). If you have the DH model it'll run an 8.75 x 2.75 and the comp will run a 7.75 by 2.25. As for a list of all the shocks that will have no clearance problems...I have used a fox rc, vanilla r, manitou swinger, radium, rp3, el jefe, and romic. Also, check on the coil of the spring to check it's current size. It is probably 2.75 x 2.25 or 2.35...
