Hey just wondering if anyone has a link to last year's open/pro qualifying results (not finals) just curious as to how many showed to try and qualify open class, how many qualified, and if I recognized any of the names who did or did not qualify. I've already registered but just want to see if I have a shot at qualifying or not, either way it's gonna be a sick time. Guess I should have waited till after domination #1 to sign up to better guage my chances but I was getting nervous that all the spots would fill. Thanks in advanced for the info.

i don't think the qualis are documented online. last year there were 300+ am riders, so 2/3rds of the field didn't make it.

I think there were about 150 pros, and 60 or 70 qualified (approximately). If your time was 1 second faster in either class, you'd pass 5 people time-wise

The top 60 qualify out of the pro class. There were about 150 people registered in the pro class for the past 3 years. There are guys that have raced world cups that don't qualify. The cutoff is the last couple of years was around a 3:15 with the fastest time around a 2:50.

Good luck. Pro practice is much more fun than Amatuer. Well, except when Kovarik, Rennie, Hill, etc are right behind you.

Don't take Open class qualifying lightly if you want to race on Sunday, you gotta be pretty quick to make it to the finals. But if you don't, no sweat, you get to shred all the other trails no matter what...

I have the 2007 qualifying results in hard copy.

Amateur men fastest qualifier 3:02:57 slowest time that Qualified was a 3:32:14 so you had a hundred racers in a 30 second window then another 200 plus racers who were slower and didn't qualify.
