All or nothing...death or glory...there is no other way.to race in that do you have to sign up for the whole series or can you just show up and race one race at a time?
i was wondering cuz i can make the first two races but i will be in nevada all summer so i cant make the rest
That would be the annual license available thru USA Cycling - www.usacycling.orgAnyone know what yearly lisc should be purchased if your not wanting to pay race by race? I was under the impression that if you hold a lisc you can race other locations outside of this series and get points toward certain events, but maybe someone who knows can fill me in. Other then this series I was thinking about doing the ashland super D if I can make it and wondering if I can use the lisc there.
Can't wait for the first race!
I think if a sticky is made it should be titled "09 NW Races" and have this, the DuBu racing link, and others can be added maybe in bold type to stand out from other post as the year goes on.How do we go about making this a "sticky", no jokes plz
Hey Andy, you moving up to Ex on this one? I think I might try and actually race a few of these...or maybe just take pictures
Hahaha - the ol' rumor-mill must be bored since Sam signed w/ Specialized and Rennie w/ Morewood. I almost feel relevant!!! To squelch any rumors before they get much further, I will be Cat 1 next season...with the names Brent, Jamieson, Bentley, Sinske, Olson and more painted on my top tube for extra motivation. It might be hard to read that many names and I'm sure I'd stack it doing so. OK, I'll just store them in my noggin.Andy you have to go to expert. Is in your DWB contract!
So, is anyone else excited that racing season coming up? I'm trying to figure out what stokage level I should be at right now seeing as how I haven't ridden my bike since the last hood race... Stupid injuries and snow!

That stokes me out for race season big time, I know once it hits the adrenaline will be kicking and the pain will vanish at the starting line. Thanks Andy! I actually rode Tokul today... Are there any legal shuttle trails in the area? I just moved out here and as of yet only know of a certain trail near a certain city about "27" miles outside of town. But I think that might be above my skill level. for now. Thanks for the advice.alpineskiman - Ride as often and as much different stuff that you can. The key being often. Any kind of shuttle-assisted riding will get you closer to where you want/need to be in that regard.
