I've got a 2012 Float 36 that has never used its full travel. While I am riding all I care is that the fork is squishy. It never crosses my mind that I'm not getting full travel. The squish I get feels great though.

This is definitely a problem with the 2010 floats. It probably wasn't an issue in this case as he had just torn it down.
