So I've been debating between the 2011 Tanuki Deluxe vs. the 2011 Altitude 10 & browsing around some more today I see this deal from Giantnerd on the DB for pretty much the same price. Would a 2010 Mission 1 be a better choice than the other 2 bikes I've been thinking about getting? What do yall think?

Personally, I like the Mission 1.

DB has a horrible reputation from their low-end bikes, but the Mission is constructed differently, and is of high quality.

The only problem I had with the Mission is that I could never find one to test ride. No shop in this area would invest in $2000+ bikes from DB.

i ride with 2 people that have missions and both love them. never heard a down side from them about them

Get the mission, you wont regret it! I have two friends with missions, friends that have sorites and a few friends with Scapegoats. So the high end DB bikes are worth it.
