I was a violent drunk. 230 pounds, 6 ft tall with a bad temper and I learned how to punch hard from a Army Ranger Self Defense instructor. bad combination. I would rather be in control of myself ( most of the time). than an out of control prick. I am certain that I would have been dead from a car crash or a fight before I reached age 25
