Well, obviously. But since Shimano is the one who does the pressing, and doesn't sell spindles for those cranks, the answer is still no.

In theory, you could probably buy one of the spindles from Shimano, then take the cranks to a machine shop and have them press the new spindle in. You'll probably have to spend a bunch of money to do this, though. And you'd lose any warranty you have/had on them.

Probably just best to buy some new ones that are the right size.
