Personally, I like to use the Pedros tire lever to "pop" the seals out. You can also try on 12-15mm open wrench, or a big flat blade screwdriver.
Watch what you are doing - don't marr the magnsium lowers and be aware of the c-clip between the dust/oil seal
I got it out. You take the c-clip out before you take the oil seals out. I broke one screw driver, and my dumb self didn't think to use a tire lever, but I needed more leverage.
