I just sold two bikes (and bought one) over the last couple weeks. Have been doing shuttle runs this week and my wife has officially declared my DH bike as hers as I rode my new to me Enduro.

I LOVE the new bike and it absolutely has its place but being given the green light by the finance department to put together a new DH bike sounds nice too…

Downhill MTB's were ridden down mountains by wifey and I. I know I'm not a "fast" rider. But most people being on their endurobro bikes at a DH park so you catch up with them on every run is getting annoying.
I would say the Nukeproof is quite capable - 160mm F/R, geometry is slack as fuck, it's 16miles long, and the big wheels are cheating. Even with that, the last time I was out with guys on DH bikes, that I know I was faster than at the time, I was really struggling to keep up through the really nasty stuff.

Endurobros with no DH background? Good luck.

Back in CO. Even with all the extra time planned for the airport, we had a whopping 15min spare before boarding. I don't think I've ever had the San Jose airport be that delayed. No issues on the plane for anybody, thankfully. But I am ready to deplane and cough my brains out.

Bring on the hail!
Tsa precheck?

Just gapers everywhere.

Today was a tie between the lady on a huffy with kickstand who couldn't ride the short trail from the lift to that actual trails. Then her competition was the 3 Mormon (?) women in long ankle length dresses and hat things heading toward the gondola with their "bikes"...
