32 here, started racing BMX at age 12, started road cycling and mtb in college and into it ever since.
Got my wife (now 31, but don't tell her I said so) into riding 5.5 years ago and we each ride 3x's a week.
We have a little 18 month old boy now who loves to go on rides around the neighborhood, and sometimes off-road (only when Mom isn't around).
As far as you old folks go, my father-in-law now 63 hangs with us on his tricked out C'Dale Raven with full XTR and Spinergy's. How's that?
So, in my family, we've got the full age spectrum from 18 month old to 63. Three generations of cyclists. Cool Huh?
