I,d absolutely love to have a lighter wheel-set on my RM7. Any recomendations?

If you want a complete set I'd say the DT Swiss 1750 wheelset, SunRingle Flea/Str8 Track wheelset or any light hub laced up to a Mavic EX 823 Disc rims. Just keep in mind that the lighter the wheel you get, the shorter it will last (generally). You can also look at Azonic outlaws, they aren't crazy heavy, and they don't break the bank either.
