Just got a bike a trying to find some good spots to ride, tons of great XC terrain but havn't found much for DH/Freeride... I'm in C'ville, so i've got a little bit in terms of O-hill, but i was hoping someone could tell me about some other places in the area.... thanks

yeah man, you need to drive to Harrisonburg, or Sherando Lake.
me and some buddies are doing some riding up by harrisonburg this weekend. send me a message if you want to try to meet up with us. we are going to be doing some shuttle runs on an 8-mile downhill trail. apparently there are 2-3 places where we'll have to get off the bikes to walk 150'-200' uphill climbs, but i'm willing to do that for 8 miles worth of downhill.
