Probably. I used to wrench @ Liberty. I sold and installed the Junior T on your Foes. I also think you are riding my old XCE. Whas hapenin'. How's the lovely turner treatin' ya?
well, other than being layed up for my broken arm for a long time now and a long time to come. i love the turner i get wood everytime i look at it or ride it. im still using the jr. t as well and the modo wheel set just not riding the foes anymore.

as for the second job there really is no way i can do it for the sake of my other job/sanity.

biggins, do what a buddy of mine did, he was working some crappy desk job, and got a job in construction, $38 an hour (around here) 40hrs a week, its hard work but pays much better than $1500 a month

also when ya get out of debt, have one CC for emergencies and use a Debit card for everything, that way you can only spend the money you have

Definitely understand not wanting a second job. Good to touch base with you. Since you can't ride, we should get together for beers sometime. I am nowhere near as good at riding as I am at drinking anyway.

no i do not understand not wanting to get a second job.... dude... you would kill your credit in bankrupcy but not kill your rem with working both ends? WTF are the kids in america doing these days? driving nice cars and fillin out bankrupcy court proceedings! when i got real hard up, i have always had to tough it and work harder

Uhhhh, did you read the whole thread. He already said he isn't going to file, he said he would work it out. I was just sympathizing with not wanting a second job. I did it for three years, it SUCKS. And if he can get out of debt other ways then why do it? But then again I am not here to preach at people or play the high and mighty role. Besides, when I was your age I had to walk to school in 6ft of snow uphill bothways, barefoot.

If you ever get audited and haven't claimed the tips you made, you can get screwed big time. The only reason resturants are allowed to pay their waitstaff so little is because tips are an assumed part of the income.
the great thing about tips are that they're "usually" all cash (depending on where you work though); there's very little accountability for what you really made. as a general rule of thumb, it is best to declare around 15% of your total sales for the shift. if you've ever seen the w2 of a server, you'll sometimes notice a value in the "allocated tips" box. that box means that your employer came to the conclusion that you did not declare enough in taxes and should record at least that much more to the gov't. if you do at least that much, an audit can't really hold you accountable for wages you could've made.

man i am not a kid!im 28! as far as the second job goes i cant do it because my current job is very demanding. as for my car i pay for it not my folks. i work my ass off gettin cussed at every day for that car so preachin to me about hard work isnt not going to get anywhere. carrying 3/4 inch plywood up a 12/12 pitch roof in the sleet 45 feet off the ground with 2 broken ribs so i could make ends meet last winter during christmas so i could try to give a little something to my parents and family. i am a very hard worker.
