Are you allowed to use a bolt that was formed using elevated temperatures?

any pics of the bolt itself? if you have a caliper get some dimensions on it then head to tacoma screw(great bolt shop), there's one in olympia: http://www.tacomascrew.com/locations if that fails mcmaster carr could help maybe.
