I've been looking at these since my rear tire blew out yesterday. I have always run Specialized Compound 2.0's on the rear, but these Grifters look interesting. Has anyone used these at all? I'm just wondering if I should get another Specialized or maybe give the Maxxis a try. I'm open to other tire recommendations, too. My riding: mostly street and park, but will definitely be riding trails when I can.

i love specialized tires. I run the rythms on my HT and a chunder and evil twin roller on my FS. Both have lasted a very long time.

I've been thinking about this combo for the future. My only concern is that the DTH will be too thin for street, but it would be stupid light! Have you run this set-up before?
