Buiding up a slalom bike and was going to put 175mm cranks on. Issue I'm concerned with is having my foot hit the tire when turned. I'm building up and older model Sinister DNA. Not my first choice, but I have the frame lying around. Just looking to see if anyone has this issue.
Anyone running 175mm cranks on their slalom bike???

been running 175mm cranks on 4X and DS bikes for years, never a problem, but I like a long toptube
in 20 years of building slalom/dual/4x bikes, I have never put less than 175mm cranks on, sometimes 180mm.
Sounds good. I came from a BMX background where I ran 180mm cranks at 5ft 9in tall. Thanks for the feedback!
