If you talk to Azonic they will say they can fix it. They put bumper in the shock so you dont get full travel. One of my friends had one and thats whant Azonic wanted to do to it. So all the new frames get half inch less travel then advertised.
i have a gran mal... my tire scrubs on the seat tube when the shock is fully compressed, and that's in the 8.75" setting. not that big of a deal, but it happens.

Apparently, my Ventana El Cuervo does this as well. It doesnt hit hard enough for me to notice, but there are definite tire rub marks on the seat tube.

I had a freind that had an Azonic. He called them to tell them of the problem, and was at first told that he needed a stiffer spring. When he didn't buy that, they told him to return it so they could put a bumper on the shock and limit the travel. Both pretty lousy solutions.
there is a ****ty haro that has that problem. it blows. it seems like a good idea to throw a bumper in it but then the shock isnt dampened properly. they really should move the seat tube up. its not that hard. (if u are a big company)
my morewood suffers from a little tire and seatpost rub depending on what tire i run on the back. Its nothing major and wouldn't stop me buying the bike. The thing that would put me off the b52 is the only 2 people i know who have them have had problems with snapping the rocco shocks.
This is not exactly a new issue... M-1's (Mediums & especially Smalls) would buzz the seat tube when running larger tires. Personally, this never bothered me and became a non-issue when I started running smaller tires in a quest for weight savings and less rolling resistance...
