Yeah, no kidding. Thats what cought my eye originally. Kowa actually claims 2490g which is like 5.49 lbs. Pretty impressive.

Yeah, the MSC Star forks are basically Kowa forks according to downhillagogo.com.

Almost looks like different forks put into one...the lowers look like those old Bomshell Kamakaze lowers, the lower crown looks like the DH3/DH 2.0 crown.
