Hey. I'm loving my new 24 inch cruiser. But I'm a bit surprised to see the rims buckling after a week. I don't think I ride very heavy. Small jumps and drop offs. Ok, I land a little hard occasionaly, but only getting a few feet of air.
On other threads I've heard ryhno lites are not too bad. I'm wondering if perhaps they were not set up right stock on the bike? I'm gonna get them trued, but hope they don't keep going wavy on me.
What would be a strong 24 inch wheel? I'm really surprised as I've had my specialised hardrock 26 for years and haven't done anything harder on the 24, yet the 26 alex rims never had to be trued in 5 years.
Are 24 cruiser wheels really that bad. Or did I just get unlucky?
