So I like to go commando . . . I have the 661 assault suit and it bugs me that it is too rough on my nips to wear without a t shirt. I also want to swap it for something with some more protection in the spine area as it has just foam, no hard shell. Is all mtb armor this scratchy?

yeah, i normally rock a cotton t when its hot and something synthetic when its cold or wet but i'd like to do away with that. if you're all saying you wear something underneath, i guess i have no choice.

Under armour is a wonderfull thing, Much lighter than a cotton tee shirt, and pulls the sweat away far better. Something like this works really good

Any of these are good products, and they really do work much much better than a regular tee shirt, hope the links help
