I feel like I'm a big tub of lard compared to some of you people. I'm 6'2" and weigh 230.

i dont own a scale. i have a tendency to obsess over reoccurring or redundant number patterns no matter what their significance. I do however find a way to get my weight every now and then. I feel pretty fat now because of all the injuries and bad weather thats kept me off the bike. I felt my tummy giggle the other day as I was running to make truck. I sat and cried for a little while.
I also cannot pass one of those blood pressure kiosks often found in or near drug counters.

i freak out at 250. my weight fluctuates ALOT.......mid 240s in the winter and down to 220ish in the summer. all depends on how much i ride.....

at 6'3" 163lb and 4% bf. I was 143lbs when I enlisted in the Army nearly 10 years ago and gained almost 10 pounds during basic/ait. I worked hard to add another 10lbs a few years ago and my endurance on the bike increased significantly. I'd be happy in the 175-180 range with all weight gained as muscle mass, not a spare tire.
