Avid customer service since SRAM purchase?

Has anybody had any dealings with Avid since their aquisition by SRAM? One of my avid juicys recently self-destructed on me and I desperately need a replacement part. I e-mailed them but have yet to hear back. I know that their support had been stellar in the past, curious if it's better, the same or worse.

i dont know what they were like in the past but i recently rane into a problem with mt ball bearing discs. called them and they said go through a dealer...

yes since sram corp took over both avid and rockshox their CS has been pretty low (at least in my experiences). i called with a simple rockshox question (is this a fairly common problem? i was going to ask) and all they could say is "go through your dealer. then all he tried to do was get me to buy extra springs and stuff like that.

Crap. That is what I was afraid of. I sent them an e-mail outlining my problem along with a picture on Friday and have yet to hear back. :help:
