after two DH crashes and two visits to the ER in a month I sold off my bikes so I could fully recover. Well I came across a Giant for $50 that I couldnt pass, so Im back in the saddle again!

I do hope to get back into downhill one of these days

no pads, just a full face (which saved my ass)

first was a 40mph-ish spill that and ended up with 23 stitches in my shin, next was my chain snapped and I went down cracking two ribs and busing 3 others

I would not recommend doing DH on a hard tail like the one you purchased. Not at that speed. Invest in full pads and helmet. You will recoup by 10 fold and med bills will not exist. most important is to have fun without sacrificing your life.
