What up doe. I hit the high school track early this morning and ran five fast miles. Wife and I have an appointment tonight with a contractor to see what he's come up with for a bathroom redesign. Sounds spendy. And speaking of appointments, we've got a 6:15 tomorrow night to hand off our foster dog to her permanent family. Hooray!!

Happy birthday @Atomic Dog !

That looks like a good dog, Babs.

Mid 40s after a night of heavy rain in Crested Butte. One more ride this morning then head back home. I could 200% live here, if not for the cost of it all.

What rides have you hit?

We booked our campsite back in early Feb and head there Thursday. I'm cursing my sore wrist/forearm at the moment as I'm not sure how it's going to fare. It's been a month since I MTB'd :/

Hi all

feeling stressed from the Land Cruiser auction and last minute addressing things that came up in an extracurricular PPI that ultimately just created more problems

on the upside I am not working today after my evening shift yesterday.

nothing really on sale from my list, so will probably pass. gopro hero 12 is down to $300, but i suspect that's less due to prime day and more to the pending announcement of the hero 13. considering upgrading to get better still photos for diving.

Yeah, I am not finding much either. I was hoping for some dorm deals for Syd.

Wife's travel box for her new triathlon bike. 48 pounds with the bike in it! Just barely under that 50 pound limit before getting fee-raped. It was hard to weigh because there is nothing to hook the scale onto, it is heavy, and the box is hard to keep centered on the straps I used without it sliding out when I lift it. #pesqueeb

I am pretty sure a bike is free on United up to 70 lbs. Unless they changed the rules since February. (That may be a mileage plus aka assholes that fly too much thing…)

I should see how far I have to disassemble the Patrol to get it to fit in my 25 year old TRICO CASE. Hardtail is already a tight fit…

I stopped priming after realizing just how little was actually on sale, and whatever I bought was at the same price the next week. It seems widely known that they jack up their prices just to discount them back to where they were....have a friend who wants some power pedals and I think they went up $20 on prime day.

Anyways, dudz0r and I went and did 20 miles this morning. The spooky still rips, though the shifting sucks. I wish I hadn't sold my ultegra derailleur. Oops. Fun little bike- searching for a fork again so I can run 28s on it.

things I want I put on a wish list and track their price, so i can see how it fluctuates.

but yea, i figured out prime day is just their way to move product that's not selling and otherwise taking up warehouse space because its garbage.

Looked like the bike did ok, certainly out of my budget.
