We are starting to get some smoke. its that time of year…I would prefer rain.
Proper rain here yesterday evening for the first time since the snow stopped maybe?? (Not counting the couple of short sharp showers that end before they begin).

The new track has been waiting for rain and for the temp to drop, so that the asphalt can start curing. Both started yesterday. Excellent...

Last day on the lake. I chased the boys around in a kayak while they were on paddle boards. Tomorrow back to nyc and hang out with friends, eat some good food.

First thing I did on my Golf was find a full size spare that fit inside my Golf that came with no spare. I spend a lot of time on rough forest service roads outside of cell service.

Felt rather validated when I got a flat.
After the fact I discovered that it has a can of fix a flat and a 12V compressor tucked away in a compartment in the rear. TMYK eh

I will consider getting a spare. But probably won't.
