In no particular order,

Matisyahu
Verbena
Spoon
The Cricket Rumor Mill
Brian Jonestown Massacre
Friends of Dean Martinez
Dr. Alimantado
My old boss is the drummer for Spoon. He gave me a CD a long time ago ("A Series of Sneaks"). I wasn't impressed at the time. A couple years later I listened to "Girls Can Tell". Now, they are in my regular line-up...one of my favorite bands (and I don't even work for the guy anymore).

Others:
RHCP (my all-time favorite)
Spoon
Wolf Parade
The Misfits
Citizen Cope
New Blood Revival
Pennywise
Social Distortion
Bad Religion

Nazareth (man, did I show my age with this one)
Toby Keith (why do I think I'll get some ribbing for this one?)
Rusted Root
Ramones
Motley Crue
Sawyer Brown
Huey Lewis ('cuz all I need is a couple days off)
Aerosmith

As long as my toes are tapping, I'll listen to most anything.

what is that like? squirrel bait was a goddamn tour de force, but i recall the post-SB, Searcy-led outfit of Big Wheel sucking large dingdong.
Now them's fightin' words! I really liked Big Wheel. They were way different than Squirrel Bait, but really good once you got past comparing it to SB. If you weren't a fan of BW, then you probably wouldn't like his new solo stuff either, but then again you might. Searcy was switching labels or something, so he released the new album on iTunes before it was available on CD. You can check some of it out there.

Watchin' you. Writing it all down.
Th' Legendary Shackshakers (been on this kick for awhile) going to see them in concert tonight. Its amped up rockabilly that put on an insane live show.

The Black Keys (thanks Narlus.) Find of the SotD for me so far. Got Thickfreakness. They didn't have Rubber Factory but its on its way. And by extension this makes me play alot more of my old blues.

Cake has been coming up in the IPOD a lot lately.

Bloodhound Gang

And the SotD playlist is getting a regular listen as well.

yeah, I'm on my university's network, plenty fast. I think I'll just restart the download; this is ridiculous. Bit-torrent is great, but it's inconsistent as hell, the first pack downloaded in about 6 hours. I think I'm uploading faster than I'm downloading. :(

I really like that everyone with the screamo tastes also digs the underground hip-hop. I dont understand how that happened at all.

**** Yes!

For myself, James Brown, Widespread Panic, actually anything and everything that doesn't contain a lyric like "she thinks my tractor's sexy", or "my achey brakey heart". To hell with that crap.
