Hook up with Heidi here on the forum or with Nat and the locals over on the OR MTBR forum. They'll get you going.

Just spent 4 blissfull days there a week ago and trail conditions are sweet. Definately hit Mrazek for a great looooong XC type DH. Puts many of the local trails to shame.
Anything in the Phil's trails complex is all good for super fast flowy ribbons of joy. All are equally good up as they are down. You can mix and match to your preferred level of ability.

Here's one map someone made up:

And, here's the forest service one:

Whoops/Bens is good and also Just straight down Phil's from the helipad is a blast.

Put the big ring back on if you've taken it off because this is high speed descending.

I'm with borneo.. Mrazek and the Whoop Section.. both lower and upper. You can shuttle that one (if you have a truck). If you drive up Skyliner rd... there is a "slalom course" off to the left (its legal and maintained).. it should actually dump you out in the parking lot of the Phils trail area (if its finished). I know in Prineville they are supposed to be biulding a Mt bike course or something.. not sure if its finished yet though. PM me if you want directions to anything. If you go into Northwest Adventures off of Galveston, they are super helpful and nice.

Dang, I'm actually down at Willamette Pass racing on Saturday, and probably riding MRT on Sunday so I won't be able to hook up with you. All the trails mentioned are XC but STUPID fun.
