Best helmet cam?

Simple as that...looking for a GOOD versatile helmet camera with great visual characteritics. I want one that has easy & solid mounting options so it can be mounted in different locations (helmet, frame, etc.) and isn't going to cost an arm and a leg. I have noticed that there are stand-alone units (which I'd prefer) as well as some which are basically remote mount lenses for your own video camera.
Any recommendations?

Also, what video editing software does everyone prefer?

I really like the look of the Vholdr but its pricey at about $350US.

I went whitewater rafting with a guy using one the other day and the quality of his footage is pretty good (and its obviously OK with a bit of water). No cables either.

I'd prefer that it took a bigger card than the 2GB one but it sounds like it might happen soon.

Otherwise a couple of other people on another forum I frequent really like the POV-1 from Vio
