anyone know of good spots for bike camping? I'm not into busy campgrounds. I like a campground that is a bit off the beaten track but something that I can bike to with all my gear (within a few miles of the car I think).
Access to water (pond, stream, etc) is required.
My wife and I have been thinking about going camping for the first time in many, many years and it seemed natural to try to get in some trail riding at the same time. There's not always alot to do while sitting in your campsite all day.
Beginner type trails are fine. I have not been on my bike since my son was born 7 months ago and I'm in terrible shape. The trails are mostly recreation/exercise/sight seeing. No need for anything hardcore at the moment.
